Today, Michelle is the Founder of a nonprofit called Dream In Vertical Network Inc., where she plans to empower women and young athletes by bridging the gap between sports, business, and personal development. As a respected philanthropists, business woman, and community advocate, her ultimate goal is to get back to organizing basketball clinics, mentorship programs, and empowerment events that's aimed at fostering confidence, leadership, and success among girls and women in sports.
